🎬 Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer
Create visually stunning stories that connect and convert.
- Skilled in storytelling, motion, and editing across any platform (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.)
- Capable of making engaging ads, reels, and product/commercial videos
- Knowledge of AI tools (Runway, Kaiber, Pika Labs, etc.) is a huge plus
- Creativity, timing sense, and attention to sound design are key
🎨 Graphics Designer (Ads-Capable)
Design visuals that drive performance and emotion.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
- Experience with ad creatives for Facebook/Google campaigns
- Strong understanding of colors, hierarchy, and design psychology
- Bonus: Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Leonardo AI)
✍️ Content & Copywriter (Strategy-Focused)
Turn strategy into words that move people.
- Excellent research and copywriting ability for web, ads, and social
- Understands funnel-based and brand-driven messaging
- SEO-friendly writing preferred
- Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI)
🚀 Ads Setup Specialist
Launch, monitor, and optimize high-performing campaigns.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads
- Knows targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable using AI or automation tools for ad optimization
💻 WordPress Website Developer
Build high-speed, user-friendly, and conversion-focused websites.
- Strong command of WordPress, Elementor, Bricks, or custom theme dev
- Understands responsiveness, SEO, and optimization
- Familiar with AI-based site builders or integration tools
💌 Email Marketer (Automation & Strategy)
Deliver emails that people actually open and click.
- Experienced with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Brevo (Sendinblue)
- Understands segmentation, timing, and funnel automation
- Bonus: Familiar with AI-assisted campaign creation
